in 1972. Licensed to practice law 12/72. Began Social
Security practice in 1974. Self-employed since that time.
You will not receive legal advice or representation from
anyone other than the attorney you hire. Staff will keep
you informed of the status of your case and work to
obtain medical records and do routine correspondence. At
any important point in your case, your attorney will be
responsible for appeals and presentation of the evidence
and legal argument. The practice is intentionally kept to
a size that one attorney can effectively represent so as
to offer you personal representation by the attorney with
whom you sign a contract of representation. Each case is
important to a small law practice. Each client is
important.
